The skirt is
knitted bottom up. You can adjust the length by knitting more or fewer rounds
before the decreases start. Or you can make more or fewer rounds between your
decreases depending on where you would like the volume of the skirt. This skirt
is an excellent stashbuster, and my version of it, depicted here, is made from
leftovers of different yarn qualities.
